Crimes are the heart of MafiaKill. Every job you pull earns cash and XP, and every risky move carries a chance of being caught. The crime system is built around a simple rule: the bigger the score, the bigger the risk. Low-level jobs are safe and steady, while high-tier heists can pay a fortune — if you survive them.
There are three families of crime in the game: solo crimes you pull alone, hostage jobs where you kidnap targets for ransom, and multiplayer operations where you team up with other players. This guide covers every one of them, the exact stats behind each job, and the tips that separate broke beginners from wealthy bosses.
How Crimes Work
Every crime in MafiaKill has its own difficulty, success rate, jail risk, XP reward and level requirement. Before you commit a job you can see exactly what you are risking. If the crime succeeds you collect the cash and XP; if it fails you can get a reduced payout, lose nothing but time — or end up in jail.
Crimes use cooldown timers instead of an energy bar. After each job there is a short wait before you can act again, which forces you to plan which activities to prioritise. Higher level crimes unlock as you grow, and your rewards scale with your level, so the same job pays more as your character gets stronger.
- Success rate — the base chance a job succeeds.
- Jail rate — the chance a failed job lands you in jail.
- XP reward — the experience you earn, which powers your level and rank.
- Cooldown — how long you must wait before committing again.
- Level requirement — the minimum level needed to attempt the job.
Solo Crimes
Solo crimes are your bread and butter. They require no crew, no preparation, and you keep 100% of the payout. You start with simple pickpocketing and work your way up to robbing banks and government buildings. Each tier is riskier but far more profitable.
The table below shows the full solo crime ladder. Success rates, jail rates and XP are base values — your weapons, skills and equipment can shift the odds in your favour.

| Crime | Difficulty | Success | Jail Risk | XP | Min Level |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pickpocket | Low | 80% | 5% | 5–10 | 1 |
| Mugging | Medium | 60% | 15% | 10–25 | 3 |
| Burglary | Medium | 50% | 20% | 25–50 | 5 |
| Robbery | High | 40% | 25% | 50–100 | 8 |
| Heist | High | 25% | 30% | 100–150 | 12 |
| Diamond Heist | High | 15% | 35% | 150–210 | 15 |
| Police Station | Extreme | 10% | 45% | 210–430 | 18 |
| Government Building | Extreme | 7% | 55% | 430–580 | 21 |
Hostage Jobs
Hostage jobs let you kidnap targets and demand ransom. From snatching a street kid for a small payout to abducting A-list celebrities and tech billionaires, these jobs scale from easy to extreme and reward you based on the value of your target.
Your risk and reward depends on the target pool you pick. Local shop owners and office workers are easy marks; Fortune 500 CEOs and international diplomats are a different story entirely. Each hostage job also has its own success rate and jail penalty.
| Job | Difficulty | Success | Level | Typical Targets |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Street Snatch | Easy | 67% | 1 | Street passers-by, students |
| Small-Time Take | Medium | 50% | 3 | Shop owners, office workers |
| Corporate Take | Medium | 40% | 5 | Business owners, lawyers, bankers |
| VIP Capture | Hard | 30% | 8 | Hospital directors, politicians |
| Celebrity Snatch | Extreme | 20% | 10 | CEOs, celebrities, billionaires |
Multiplayer Crimes
The biggest scores in MafiaKill come from multiplayer operations. These require coordination, roles and sometimes special equipment — but the multipliers are far above anything you can earn solo.
Route 66 is a 2-player highway heist where you intercept valuable cargo. Syndicate operations team up 4 specialists (infiltrator, hacker, enforcer and driver) against targets like the bullet factory or a corrupt stock exchange. The Organised Crime (OC) heist is a full 6-player operation with leader, shooter, code cracker, demolitions expert, driver and lookout, plus weapons, tools and explosives to pick. Heroic Dungeons complete the set as 6-player PvE runs against the city's toughest defences.

| Operation | Players | Roles | Cooldown |
|---|---|---|---|
| Route 66 | 2 | Getaway pair | 1 hour |
| Syndicate | 4 | Infiltrator, Hacker, Enforcer, Driver | 1 hour |
| OC Heist | 6 | Leader, Shooter, Cracker, Demo, Driver, Lookout | 3 hours |
| Heroic Dungeon | 6 | Full crew | — |
Rewards and XP
Every successful crime pays cash and XP. Cash is your working capital — use it to buy weapons, cars, properties and businesses. XP fills your experience bar and drives your level, which unlocks new crimes, higher car-theft tiers and better ranks.
Rewards scale with your level and the dynamic game economy, so the payouts you see early on are the minimums. Keep levelling, keep your weapons sharp and the same pickpocket job that paid a few hundred in your first hour will pay multiples later.
Pro Tips
- Stick to jobs with a high success rate while you are low level — jail time costs you money and momentum.
- XP is earned even on near-misses sometimes, so never sit idle: always have a crime ticking on cooldown.
- Bank your cash regularly. If you are mugged or raided you only lose what is on you.
- Weapons raise your combat power and your success rate in many jobs — upgrade before you attempt higher tiers.
- Join a crew for multiplayer ops early: the payout multipliers dwarf solo crime.
Pro Tips
- 1.Never gamble your whole wallet on an extreme crime. Keep a cash reserve in the bank.
- 2.Pickpocket and mugging are the best XP-per-risk crimes for new players.
- 3.Hostage jobs with easy targets are a hidden gem for early cash flow.
- 4.Coordinate multiplayer ops with your gang — split the loot, share the risk.
- 5.Higher success-rate crimes are almost always better per hour than swinging for a 7% jackpot.
