Syndicate operations are MafiaKill's step up from Route 66: four players, four specialised roles, and a rotating set of targets that range from a bullet factory heist to a stock market hack. Instead of plain cash, each operation pays out resources — bullets, stocks, power, girls and criminals — which makes it a uniquely valuable income stream.
The system gives you real choices. Every role contributes a different multiplier to the payout, and the weapons and equipment you bring add direct success bonuses on top of a ~55% base success rate. With a 1-hour cooldown, a well-run Syndicate operation is one of the most efficient things a coordinated gang can do.
The Four Roles
A Syndicate operation needs four players in four roles: Infiltrator, Hacker, Enforcer and Driver. Each role carries its own payout multiplier, and they are not equal. The Hacker tops the table at ×1.3, the Infiltrator sits at ×1.2, the Enforcer at ×1.1, and the Driver brings up the rear at ×1.0.
Because the payout multiplier follows the role, deciding who plays what is a genuine strategic choice. If the operation rewards everyone by their role multiplier, you want your strongest players in the top roles — and your weakest player is better off driving.
| Role | Payout Multiplier | Strength |
|---|---|---|
| Infiltrator | ×1.2 | High — ideal for strong players |
| Hacker | ×1.3 | Highest — the star role |
| Enforcer | ×1.1 | Good — solid, steady pick |
| Driver | ×1.0 | Base — the safe slot for weaker players |
Pro Tips
- Give the Hacker and Infiltrator roles to your strongest members — the multiplier follows the role.
- Rotate roles across runs so every player gets a fair share of the top multipliers.
- Never run a Syndicate with a missing role; a full set of four is worth far more than three players.
The Targets
Each operation randomly selects a target from a pool, and every target pays a different reward in a different resource. One run you are raiding a bullet factory for 5,000–12,000 bullets; the next you are hacking a stock market for 6,000–15,000 stocks.
You cannot choose which target you get, but you can prepare for all of them. The full list is below — note that the value ranges overlap, so a good run on any target is worth running.
| Target | Reward | Range |
|---|---|---|
| Bullet Factory Heist | Bullets | 5,000 – 12,000 |
| Night Club | Girls | 4,000 – 10,000 |
| Stock Market Hack | Stocks | 6,000 – 15,000 |
| Weapon Shop Heist | Power | 3,000 – 8,000 |
| Criminals House Heist | Criminals | 2,000 – 6,000 |
Pro Tips
- Every target pays a resource, so keep a fleet ready and run whatever the board gives you.
- The Stock Market Hack and Bullet Factory Heist are the high-value tickets — get lucky on those.
- Resource rewards are at their best when you sell into a hot market; time your runs around demand.
Weapons and Equipment
Your odds on a Syndicate operation are not fixed by the base ~55% success rate. Weapons and equipment each add a flat success bonus, and the best crews stack them across all four players. A Pistol adds +0.05 for 500, an SMG adds +0.10 for 1,500, a Shotgun +0.12 for 2,000, and an Assault Rifle +0.15 for 3,000.
Equipment works the same way: a Lockpick Set adds +0.03 for 300, Night Vision +0.05 for 600, a Hacking Device +0.08 for 800, and Thermal Charges a fat +0.10 for 1,200. Four players carrying the right gear can comfortably lift a 55% job into the 70s.
| Weapon | Cost | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Pistol | 500 | +0.05 |
| SMG | 1,500 | +0.10 |
| Shotgun | 2,000 | +0.12 |
| Assault Rifle | 3,000 | +0.15 |
- Lockpick Set — 300 — +0.03 success.
- Night Vision — 600 — +0.05 success.
- Hacking Device — 800 — +0.08 success.
- Thermal Charges — 1,200 — +0.10 success.
Pro Tips
- The Assault Rifle's +0.15 is the best weapon bonus per run — worth the 3,000 investment if you run often.
- Thermal Charges give the biggest equipment bonus; equip your Hacker and Infiltrator with them first.
- Bonuses stack across the whole crew — coordinate gear so you are not all carrying the same pistol.
Winning More Operations
The path to a reliable Syndicate income is stacking bonuses. Four players with mid-tier weapons and equipment, a 1-hour cooldown and a little coordination will out-earn a random four-player pick-up group almost every time. The base 55% is your floor, not your ceiling.
Treat each operation like a tiny squad mission: confirm everyone's role, check the target, and make sure at least the Hacker and Infiltrator are carrying their best gear. With a 1-hour cooldown, a dedicated gang can run ten-plus operations a day and turn resource rewards into a serious bankroll.
Pro Tips
- Run Syndicate operations on a fixed schedule with your gang — the cooldown rewards routine.
- Sell resource rewards when their price is high on the market, not the moment you win them.
- Stack at least two of the top gear bonuses on every run; the difference between 55% and 75% is huge.
Pro Tips
- 1.The Hacker (×1.3) and Infiltrator (×1.2) are the premium roles — assign your strongest players to them.
- 2.A ~55% base success rate gets much safer when four players bring weapon and equipment bonuses.
- 3.Targets rotate, but every one pays a resource worth running — prepare for the whole pool.
- 4.The 1-hour cooldown makes consistency king: run on schedule and the resources stack up.
- 5.Thermal Charges (+0.10) and Assault Rifles (+0.15) are the best gear investments for Syndicate mains.
